Google Calendar and Schedule Optimization

Contractor Accelerator allows you to integrate your calendar, whether that be Google Calendar or another calendar provider. However, we suggest Google Calendar integration as this provides further optimization due to the two-way push.

Company

A company Google Calendar can be included in Contractor Accelerator to show any company-wide events including internal meetings or company holidays. This is a one-way push of events from the Company Google Calendar to a Company User within the schedule. This allows for scheduling events without interrupting the job schedule for users.

Individual

Each user can have their own Google Calendar linked to Contractor Accelerator. This allows for a user's CA appointments to be pushed to their Google Calendar. It also will push any events created within the user's Google Calendar to CA. This is great to use if the user has a personal appointment such as a doctor's appointment or if they have a day off to avoid scheduling when they aren't avavilable.
