Once a bid is accepted and signed, it cannot be undone or deleted, similar to a physical contract signed with ink. This is to ensure the integrity of the document and prevent accidental changes or removals.
However, if changes are needed, you can cancel the signed contract. To do this:
- Navigate to the contract in question.
- Click on the Cancel button to mark it as canceled.
Once the contract is canceled, you can copy the original, make any necessary edits, and resend it for a new signature.
