Why Do I Have to Log In Every Time I Leave the Page?
We get it — it’s frustrating to log in again and again! Here’s why this might happen and how you can fix it.
Our system is designed so you only need to log in once per day. After that, you should stay signed in, even if you leave the page or switch apps.
If you’re being logged out every time you leave or close the page, the issue is almost always on your device or browser — not our software.
What’s Going On?
When you log in, we save your session (using a browser cookie) so the system remembers you. But if your device or browser is set to:

Block cookies

Clear cookies or site data when you close the app or browser

Use private or incognito mode
then your session gets wiped out, and you’ll have to log in again.
How to Fix It
Here’s how you can check your settings depending on the browser you’re using:
📱 On iPhone or iPad (Safari):

Go to Settings > Safari.

Under Privacy & Security, make sure Block All Cookies is off.

Avoid using Private Browsing Mode — it clears all sessions when you close Safari.
📱 On Android (Chrome):

Open Chrome.

Tap ⋮ (three dots) > Settings > Privacy and security.

Go to Cookies — make sure Allow cookies is turned on.

Check Clear browsing data on exit — make sure this is off.

Don’t use Incognito Mode — it clears sessions when you close the browser.
💻 On Microsoft Edge (desktop or mobile):

Open Edge.

Click or tap ⋯ (three dots) > Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

Under Clear browsing data, check what’s set under Choose what to clear every time you close the browser.

Make sure Cookies and other site data is off (unchecked).

Go to Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data — ensure Allow sites to save and read cookie data is on.

Avoid using InPrivate (private) browsing — it clears all sessions when you close the window.
Other Helpful Tips
✅ Don’t manually clear cookies or history if you want to stay logged in.
✅ Keep the tab open when possible, rather than closing it between uses.
✅ Watch for battery saver or data saver settings — these can sometimes interfere with background apps or browser sessions.
