If your logo looks blurry or pixelated inside Contractor Accelerator, it's most likely due to the resolution of the image file you uploaded.
What does “pixelated” mean?
Pixelation happens when an image doesn't have enough resolution (clarity and detail) to display cleanly at its size. Logos with low resolution—typically small files meant for web thumbnails or quick previews—can appear fuzzy when shown at larger sizes in the system.
What’s the correct size and resolution?
Contractor Accelerator supports logo uploads up to 1000 x 1000 pixels. While that’s the maximum, any logo you upload should be high resolution—that means it should look crisp and clear even at full size. If your logo meets the size limit but is still pixelated, it’s probably too low in quality or resolution.
We recommend uploading a high-resolution JPG with a white background that is no larger than 1000 x 1000 pixels.
Where can I get a better version of my logo?
If you're unsure about resolution or file types, it’s best to reach out to your marketing team, graphic designer, or whoever created your logo. Ask them to provide a high-resolution JPG file sized within 1000 x 1000 pixels, preferably with a white background.
What if my image is too large?
If your image is too big, there are free tools online that can resize it for you without needing design software like Adobe Photoshop. Here are a few user-friendly options:
Just upload your logo, set the size to 1000 x 1000 pixels or smaller, and save the image before uploading it to Contractor Accelerator.
