How Do I Receive Help with Contractor Accelerator?

Search the Help Center from Contractor Accelerator

Use the Help Center to learn or find help on all functionality within Contractor Accelerator.

1. Select the User Menu on the top right of the page.
2. Select Help.
3. This will take you to our Help Center where you can search keywords for help articles.

Submit a Support Ticket

If the Help Center was not able to solve the question, please submit a support ticket by contacting support.

1. Staring from the Help Center
2. Select the orange Support button at the bottom right of the page.
3. Type a keyword you're needing help with.
4. Results will populate depending on what you searched.
5. If you can't find the answer within those Help Center articles, click the Contact Us button.
6. Your name and email will pre-fill.
7. Enter your question, issue, or comment within the How can we help you? text box.
8. Attach any screenshots or files by selecting from your computer or dragging and dropping them into the modal.
9. Press send and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
