If you've already created a warranty certificate layout you like, there's no need to start from scratch every time. You can easily duplicate it using the source code tool in the editor—even if you don’t know how to code.
Here’s how to quickly copy and reuse a certificate layout:
Step-by-Step: Duplicate a Warranty Certificate
-
Go to:
Company Profile → Warranties (left menu) → Certificates (top tab) -
Open an existing certificate that has the layout you want to reuse.
-
In the top left of the WYSIWYG window, click the
</>
icon to open the source code view. -
Copy all the code in that window.
-
Click Cancel to exit the current certificate without saving.
-
Click New Warranty to create a fresh certificate.
-
In the WYSIWYG editor, click the
</>
icon to open the source code view again. -
Paste the code you copied earlier.
-
Click Save to apply the layout.
-
At the top of the screen, enter a new name for this certificate.
-
Edit the text to reflect any new warranty details or company-specific information.
-
Click Save again.
-
Click Preview to see how your certificate will look with actual customer and project information filled in.
