Legacy Time Tracking Feature
We understand that time tracking is crucial for many of our customers. That's why we've kept our Time Tracking feature available in our system. However, please note that this feature is now legacy-only and is not included in our current packages. This means it is not actively maintained like the rest of our system.
Accessing Crew Management
To access Crew Management, simply click on "Crew Management" in the top navigation bar of your dashboard. This will take you to the Crew Management page, where you can manage your team's time entries.
Using Crew Management
Once you're on the Crew Management page, you'll see a list of your team members along with a table displaying dates.
- Selecting a Team Member: Find the person you want to add clock-in and clock-out times. You can click on either the person's name or the date to proceed.
- Adding Times: To add or edit times, click on the pencil icon located on the right side of the date you wish to alter. Here, you can input start and stop times, including breaks like lunch.
- Adding Notes and Project Association: You can also add notes and associate the hours with a specific project. Please note that these hours will be reflected in the Project Costing on the Project Overview page and in the Project Costing Report.
- At the bottom of the time sheet, the system will automatically calculate and display the total hours for the week.
- If you have the "Timecard Approver" role, you can approve time entries either individually or all at once:
- Individual Approval: Click the clock icon next to the date.
- Bulk Approval: Click the "Approve All" button.
- You can export the timesheet report by clicking the "Export" button located in the top-right corner of the screen. This will allow you to save the report in a format of your choice for further analysis or sharing.
