If you work with a business such as a realtor or property management group and have a finalized bid that needs to be transferred to the new owner, there are a few ways to accomplish this.
- You can update the customer information and regenerate the bid without duplicating it. Follow the instructions below to accomplish this.
- Make the change to the customer details page (edit name, email etc)
- Open "View Bid" from the bid tab
- Type "?regenerate" at the end of the bid URL
- Click Enter
- Click "View Bid" to ensure it is updated
- Go to the history tab and find the bid sent history - click the resend email button.

Alternatively, you can move the property to a new owner. On the Customer page, click Move Property and follow the on-screen prompts. You will then need to recreate the bid and drawing. You can do so by copying or duplicating what was already created.

Another option is to update the customer information by removing the old names and adding new ones. If you do this, you will still need to duplicate the drawing and the bid to update the names and resend it.
