At a Glance
This month, we’re rolling out the new Customer and Property Details pages, giving you a cleaner, more organized way to manage customer information, properties, projects, and activity throughout Contractor Accelerator.
These updates are part of a larger refresh to the Details pages throughout the system, with Project Details coming next.
Customer & Property Details Must-Knows
Customers and Properties Are Now Separate
Customer information and property information now have their own dedicated Details pages.
The Customer Details page focuses on the customer relationship and information connected to that customer.
The Property Details page focuses on the individual property, its ownership, and the projects connected to that location.
This makes it easier to manage customers with multiple properties while keeping the right information connected to the right place.
New Details Page Layout
Customer and Property Details now use a cleaner card-based layout designed to make important information easier to find.
You’ll also see consistent navigation and breadcrumbs that show how your records are connected:
Bid > Project > Property > Customer
Activities
The new Activities timeline gives you one place to see activity connected to the customer, including things like notes, emails, tasks, and other interactions.
Instead of searching through different areas of Contractor Accelerator, you can quickly review the history of what has happened and when.
Notes & Team Collaboration
Notes are easier to access directly from the Details pages, and you can use @mentions to tag another team member when you need to bring something to their attention.
New Customer Details Page
The Customer Details page is now focused on information about the customer, rather than a specific property or project.
From the Customer Details page, you can quickly access:
- Customer contact information
- Properties associated with the customer
- Customer-level Notes
- Activities
- Tasks
- Related customer information and history
This gives your team one place to see the overall customer relationship while keeping property- and project-specific information where it belongs.

New Property Details Page
Properties now have their own dedicated Details page, making it easier to manage customers with multiple properties and see the information connected to a specific location.
From Property Details, you can quickly access:
- Property information
- Current and previous ownership
- Projects associated with the property
- Notes
- Activities
- Tasks
- Other property-specific information
Property Ownership
The updated structure also makes it easier to understand the relationship between a customer and a property.
Properties can show whether someone is the current owner or a previous owner, allowing the property history to remain intact even when ownership changes.

Everything Stays Connected
Although Customer, Property, and Project information now have more clearly defined homes, everything is still connected.
Use the breadcrumbs and related records throughout the Details pages to quickly move between the Customer, Property, and Project without having to search for the record again.
The goal is to make it easier to understand who the customer is, which property you’re working at, and which project the information belongs to.
