New Customer Details Page

The Customer Details page now focuses on information related to the customer relationship rather than individual properties.

New features include:

• Customer-level Notes
• Activities Timeline
• Team collaboration through comments and tagging
• Improved layout and organization

This makes it easier to track communication, share information with team members, and maintain a complete customer history.

New Activities Timeline

The new Activities Timeline brings important customer interactions into a single location.

Activities currently include:

• Notes
• Tasks
• Emails
• Call Logs

Rather than searching through multiple areas of the system, your team can quickly review customer activity from one centralized timeline.

Improved Team Collaboration

You can now tag team members directly within notes and comments.

• Share important customer updates
• Communicate internally without leaving the customer record

New Property Details Page

Properties now have their own dedicated page, making it easier to manage customers with multiple properties and keeping property-specific information separate from customer-level information.

The Property Details page provides:

• Cleaner organization
• Easier navigation
• Quick access to associated projects
• Improved visibility into property information

What Stays the Same?

While the layout has changed, your existing workflows remain familiar.

You can still:

• Access projects from properties
• View project details
• Use your existing project tools and workflows
• Access the information you use every day
