⏰ Task Reminder Notifications
What’s new:
You can now set reminder notifications for tasks based on their due date and time.
Why it matters:
- Helps ensure tasks don’t get missed
- Keeps your team accountable
- Prepares your workflow for upcoming calendar integration
How to Set a Task Reminder
When creating or editing a task, you’ll now see a Reminder Notification field.
Available options include:
- At the due time
- 30 minutes before
- 1 hour before
- 1 day before
- 1 week before
- No reminder
The reminder will be sent to the assigned user.
Where Notifications Appear
Task notifications are available in your Notification Center.
From the notification, you can:
- Open the task directly
- Review or edit details
- Mark the task as complete
- Jump to the related project
If a task due date changes, you can update the reminder at any time.
⚙️ New Bid & Drawing Settings
You’ll find these updates under:
Company Profile → Bid and Drawing
Auto-Send First Invoice
What’s new:
You now have control over whether the first invoice is automatically sent when a customer accepts a bid.
Why it matters:
- Gives you more control over customer communication
- Allows you to review or adjust invoices before sending
- Flexible for all sales and billing workflows
How it works:
When enabled, the system includes a copy of the first invoice with the bid accepted confirmation email.
If you prefer to send invoices manually, you can now turn this setting off.
Reorder Bid Layout
What’s new:
You can now customize the order of pages and sections within your bids.
Why it matters:
- Highlight the most important information first
- Customize the presentation of your proposals
- Improve clarity for customers
How to use it:
- Go to Company Profile → Bid and Drawing
- Click Edit under bid layout
- Drag and drop items into your preferred order
- Click Save
Important:
- Media must remain at the end of the bid
- You can change the order at any time
Company Profile Reorganization
We’ve reorganized the Company Profile to make it easier to navigate as more features and settings have been added over time.
Nothing has been removed. All features, settings, and options are still available.
What’s changed:
- New left-side grouping: Settings, Bidding, Optional, and Integrations
- Integrations now have their own individual dedicated sections
- Materials and Additional Costs for Components now live under Products
- Bid-related settings (templates, payment defaults, bid content, and scope of work) are now under Bid & Drawing
- Email and Text settings and templates are now combined under Email & Text
- Calendar, Lead Form, and Customer Portal settings are grouped under Configuration & Tools
- Project Types and Result Types are under Project

Drawing Tool Element Renaming
Previously, a request to rename elements meant we could only update the name on the finalized version (in the legend) and not in the drawing creator.
What’s changed:
- Element names now update in both the drawing creator and the finalized file.
- COMING SOON: Ability to rename Drawing Elements
📏 Units of Measure on Scope of Work
Line items on the Scope of Work page can now include units of measure, based on your template settings.
This helps provide clearer detail on quantities and what’s included in each line item.

🖼️ Product Images on Scope of Work
You can now add images to your products and display them directly next to line items on the Scope of Work.
This allows you to visually support your proposals and give customers a better understanding of your work.
Image Display Options
You can choose how images appear on your Scope of Work:
- Small images - Displays at 100px x 100px on the standard template
- Large images - Displays at 200x x 200x on the large template
- No images

How to Add Images to Products
- Go to Company Profile
- Click Products
- Select a product
- Scroll to Add Image
- Click Upload Image and browse to your file. (Max upload size is 10mb and the minimum dimensions are 100px X 100px)
- Click Save
