🎥 Project Details Walkthrough
Take a closer look at the redesigned Project Details page and how we’re bringing important project information together in one place.
New Calendar & Appointments
The Calendar is getting a complete refresh with more ways to organize, filter, and manage your schedule.
More Appointment Types
In addition to Sales and Installation appointments, you’ll have more options for scheduling the different types of work your team handles, including:
- Follow-Up
- Service
- Warranty
- Delivery
- Personal
Better Filters & Views
New filters make it easier to control what you see on your Calendar and focus on the information that matters to you.
You’ll also be able to use the Map and Calendar together beyond the daily view, making it easier to plan your team’s schedule and see where everyone is headed.
Needs to Be Scheduled
A new Needs to Be Scheduled section will help you quickly identify Projects that are ready for their next appointment but haven’t been scheduled yet.
You’ll be able to see what needs attention and schedule the appointment directly from the Calendar.
“I’m On My Way” Texts
Users assigned to an appointment will be able to send an “I’m on my way” text to the customer directly from the appointment.
It’s a quick way to let customers know you’re headed their way without manually creating a separate message.
Smarter Salesperson Updates
When an evaluation appointment is rescheduled with a different salesperson, the salesperson assigned to the Project will automatically update too.
New Customer Intake
We’re updating the way new Customers are added to Contractor Accelerator with a new guided Customer Intake experience.
Instead of treating everything as one record, Customer Intake will guide you through creating and connecting the information you need from the beginning.
A More Guided Process
Customer Intake will help you:
- Add or select the Customer
- Add or select the Property
- Create the Project
- Keep the correct information connected to each record
- Identify existing records to help prevent duplicates
The goal is to make adding a new customer faster and clearer while ensuring the information is organized correctly from the start.
We’ll continue updating this page as these features get closer to launch.
