We introduced a preview of the upcoming Customer Portal, including a live walkthrough.
What’s coming:
- A centralized place for customers to view:
- Appointments
- Invoices
- Project details
Why it matters:
- Reduces customer confusion
- Eliminates the need to search through emails
- Improves overall customer experience
Live Preview Event
A Facebook Live session was hosted to walk through the new feature before release, helping customers prepare and ask questions.
