Statements Just Got Smarter
You can now send full customer statements, not just invoices.

Payment Notifications and Daily Summary
You now have better visibility into incoming payments.
New options:
- Notification for each payment received
- Daily summary of all payments
All settings are controlled in Notification Settings.
Customer Portal: More Control
You now have more control over what customers see in the portal.
New settings:
- Invoices are added to the portal as soon as the bid is accepted. Now, you can turn invoice visibility off
- Set the portal default to on or off for new customers. You can still adjust settings per customer.
Expanded Product Descriptions
Product descriptions now support up to 2,000 characters.
Benefits:
- More detailed scope of work
- Fewer customer questions
- Less need for manual notes
Acknowledgments Display Update
We improved how Acknowledgments appear during contract signing.
What changed:
- Fixed display issue on the bid acceptance page
- Acknowledgment titles are now visible to homeowners
Where it applies:
- New and in-progress bids: updated everywhere
- Previously finalized bids: updated on the acceptance page only
