The Customer Details page brings together the information associated with a Customer in one place. From here, you can view Customer information, recent activity, Tasks, Properties, Projects, Customer Portal access, statements, and more.
A Customer can be associated with multiple Properties and Projects. Customer Details gives you a Customer-level view across those records while keeping the details for each Property and Project organized separately.

The mentioned user will receive a notification through the Notification Center and/or email, depending on their notification settings.
