Each data table in Contractor Accelerator—whether you're working with Projects, Customers, Properties, Tasks, Leads, Drawings, or Appointments—includes powerful tools to help you organize, analyze, and customize your experience. To access these tables, click the one you want from the top Navigation options.
🔽 Sorting
Click the up or down arrow next to any column title to sort by that column in ascending or descending order.
Common use:
Sort by date to see the most recent activity at the top, or sort by priority to focus on the hottest items first.
🔍 Filtering
Click the funnel icon in the table’s search bar to apply filters.
You can:
- Select a column to filter
- Choose a condition (e.g., is equal to, is before, is any of, etc.)
- Enter or select a value
You can add multiple filters at once, and the system will only show results that match all of your selected filters (this is called an AND condition). If you want to see results that match any one of several values in the same column—like multiple salespeople—use the “is any of” option instead.
Common use:
Only want to see in-progress projects assigned to you? Filter by status and salesperson name. Need to review a specific team member’s closed sales? Filter by salesperson and project status = closed.
⚙️ Column Visibility & Order
Click the column settings icon (three horizontal lines with a gear) in the top right corner of the table to open Panel Settings. From here:
- Use the eye icon to show or hide columns.
- Click and drag column names to rearrange the order.
- Use "Reset to Default" in the top right corner of the panel to restore the system default layout.
Common use:
Tired of scrolling side to side to find the columns you actually use? Hide what you don’t need and reorder the important ones to show up first.
🔢 Column Totals
Some columns display a total count or sum directly in the column header. These totals appear in blue text and automatically adjust based on any filters you’ve applied.
Common use:
Want to know how much revenue is scheduled for installations this week? Filter by appointment date and let the system automatically total the accepted bid amounts for you in the Appointments table.
📁 Exporting Table Data
Primary users can export table data by clicking the Export button in the upper right corner of the table. The system will export a .csv file of the current filtered view, allowing you to analyze or share the data outside the system.
Common use:
Need to create a quick spreadsheet for a sales meeting? Filter for what you need, export it, and you're ready to go.
