The Contractor Accelerator Dashboard gives you a role-based view of the information you need to start your day, including business metrics, tasks, appointments, weather, routes, and your Project Status Pipeline.
Your Dashboard is based on your user permissions, so the information you see may be different from what another user in your company sees.

Your Dashboard Is Based on Your Permissions
The Dashboard is designed to give each user quick access to the information most relevant to their work.
For example, a Primary User may see company-wide performance metrics, while a Sales user may see metrics based on their own activity. Marketing users may see marketing performance metrics, while Installers may see operational tools without company financial metrics.
Users with multiple permissions may see a combination of Dashboard information available to those permission sets.
Primary User
Primary Users have the broadest Dashboard view and may see:
- Company Lead Activity
- Company Sales Performance
- Company Sales Funnel
- Company Receivables
- Company Operations/Production
- Marketing Costs
- Acquisition Costs
- Top Marketing Source
- Tasks Due Today
- Today's Appointments
- Today's Route
- 7-Day Forecast
- Project Status Pipeline
Sales Manager
Sales Managers can see company-level sales and operational information, including:
- Company Lead Activity
- Company Sales Performance
- Company Sales Funnel
- Company Receivables
- Company Operations/Production
- Tasks
- Today's Appointments
- Today's Route
- 7-Day Forecast
- Project Status Pipeline
Marketing-specific metrics are not displayed unless the user also has the appropriate marketing permissions.
Sales
Sales users see performance metrics based on their own activity rather than company-wide totals. These sections are labeled My instead of Company and may include:
- My Lead Activity
- My Sales Performance
- My Sales Funnel
- My Receivables
- My Operations/Production
- Tasks
- Today's Appointments
- Today's Route
- 7-Day Forecast
- Project Status Pipeline
Marketing
Marketing users have a Dashboard focused on lead generation and marketing performance, including:
- Marketing Costs
- Acquisition Costs
- Top Marketing Source
- Tasks
- Today's Appointments
- Today's Route
- 7-Day Forecast
- Project Status Pipeline
Additional information may be available based on the user's other permissions.
Installer
Installer users have an operations-focused Dashboard and do not see company-level sales, financial, or marketing metrics unless they have additional permissions that provide access to that information.
Their Dashboard focuses on:
- Tasks Due Today
- Today's Appointments
- Today's Route
- 7-Day Forecast
- Relevant Project Status Pipeline information
This gives field team members quick access to the information they need for their day without displaying unnecessary company performance data.
Note: Your Dashboard may look different from the examples shown in this article. Dashboard content is determined by your Contractor Accelerator user permissions. If your permissions change, the information available on your Dashboard may change as well.
Understanding Your Dashboard Metrics
Depending on your permissions, you'll see different groups of metrics across the top of your Dashboard.
Hover over the information icon next to a metric group to see additional information about how those numbers are calculated.
Lead Activity
Opportunities include all new leads and customers added during the selected date range. A lead later converted to a customer is counted once.
Sales Appointments include evaluation appointments scheduled to occur during the selected date range. Canceled appointments are not included.
Sales Performance
Sales Revenue includes bids accepted and scope changes created during the selected date range.
Projects Sold counts projects with at least one bid accepted during the selected date range. Each project is counted once.
Close Rate is calculated by dividing Projects Sold by Opportunities for the selected date range.
Sales Funnel
Open Bid Value is the total value of open bids on In Progress projects.
Open Bid Count counts each individual open bid on In Progress projects.
These are current totals and are not affected by the selected Dashboard date range.
Tip: Cancel bid options that were not selected by the customer to keep your Open Bid Value and Open Bid Count accurate.
Receivables
Outstanding A/R shows the current balance of unpaid invoices and is not affected by the selected date range.
Cash Collected shows payments received during the selected date range.
Operations/Production
Installed Revenue includes revenue from projects with installation appointments scheduled during the selected date range, including applicable scope changes.
Installation Appointments shows the number of installation appointments scheduled during the selected date range.
Marketing Costs
Marketing Spend shows the marketing spend attributed to the selected date range.
If a marketing cost spans a longer period, the cost is prorated by day so only the portion that falls within the selected dates is included.
Cost Per Lead is calculated by dividing Marketing Spend by Opportunities during the selected date range.
Acquisition Costs
Cost Per Sale is calculated by dividing Marketing Spend by Projects Sold during the selected date range.
Top Marketing Source
Top Marketing Source is the source that generated the most leads during the selected date range.
% of Leads shows what percentage of all leads came from this source during the selected date range.
% of Marketing Costs shows what percentage of your total marketing spend during that date range went toward this source.
Compare % of Leads to % of Marketing Costs to better understand your return on marketing investment.
Dashboard Date Range
Use the date selector at the top of the Dashboard to change the reporting period for date-based metrics.
The selected date range affects:
- Opportunities
- Sales Appointments
- Sales Revenue
- Projects Sold
- Close Rate
- Cash Collected
- Installed Revenue
- Installation Appointments
- Marketing Spend
- Cost Per Lead
- Cost Per Sale
- Top Marketing Source
Some metrics show your current position rather than activity during a selected period. These are not affected by the Dashboard date range:
- Open Bid Value
- Open Bid Count
- Outstanding A/R
The 7-Day Forecast, Today's Route, Tasks Due Today, and Today's Appointments are also focused on current or upcoming activity rather than the selected reporting period.
Tasks Due Today
The Tasks Due Today section displays your open tasks that are due today.
Each task card can include:
- Task name
- Due date
- Reminder
- Priority
- Who created the task
- When it was created
Use the three-dot menu to:
- View Task Details
- Complete Task
- Edit Task
- Delete Task
When completing a task, you can add a note before marking it complete. Completed tasks are removed from the Dashboard.
Select the + to create a new task without leaving the Dashboard.
Select the arrow icon to open the full Task Manager.
Today's Appointments
Today's Appointments gives you quick access to appointments scheduled for today.
The appointments displayed are based on your existing permissions. For example, if you normally only see your own appointments, you'll see your appointments here. If you have permission to see appointments for other users, those may also be displayed.
You can complete an appointment directly from the Dashboard when you're finished.
Select the arrow icon to open the full Appointments Table.
Today's Route
Today's Route displays your appointments on a map, giving you a quick visual of where you're headed for the day.

Pipeline stages may include:
- Leads Created

- Sales Appointments Scheduled
- Sales Appointments Completed

- Open the standalone Pipeline page for a full table view
The standalone Pipeline page provides more information about the records within each stage and gives you quick access to the associated lead, project, appointment, or bid.
