The Contractor Accelerator Dashboard is being completely redesigned to give every member of your team a personalized home page with the information they use most.
Instead of every user seeing the same dashboard, Contractor Accelerator will automatically display a dashboard tailored to each user's role. Salespeople, office staff, marketing users, installers, and company owners all need different information to do their jobs. The new dashboard puts the most important metrics and day-to-day tools front and center.
This update will be released in multiple phases, with additional metrics, widgets, reports, and customization options being added over time.
Phase 1 (Coming Soon)
The first phase focuses on providing role-based dashboards with key performance metrics, quick access to daily work, and an at-a-glance view of your business.
Each dashboard will include:
- Role-specific KPI cards
- Daily work widgets
- Project Status Pipeline
- Date range filtering
- Modern card-based layout
Role-Based Dashboards
Each user will automatically receive a dashboard based on their highest visibility role.
Phase 1 dashboards include:
- Primary User / Owner
- Sales Manager
- Sales Representative
- Marketing
- Installer

If a user has multiple roles assigned, they will receive the dashboard associated with their highest visibility role. Future updates will include the ability to create and share customized dashboards across teams.
Dashboard Metrics
Each dashboard includes performance cards across the top of the page that highlight the information most important to that user's role.
Depending on your role, metrics may include:
- Leads
- Revenue Sold
- Revenue Collected
- Accepted Bid Revenue
- Open Bid Value
- Sales Won
- Close Rate
- Average Sale
- Outstanding Accounts Receivable
- Marketing Spend
- Revenue Per Lead
- Scheduled Installation Revenue
Many metrics compare current performance to a previous time period so you can quickly identify trends and measure progress.
Dashboard Widgets
Each role will also have widgets designed around the work they perform every day.
Examples include:
- My Tasks
- My Appointments
- Team Appointments
- Today's Route
- Weather
- Marketing Performance
Widgets are designed to reduce clicking and give you immediate access to the information you use most often.
Project Status Pipeline
Every Phase 1 dashboard includes the Project Status Pipeline.
The Project Status Pipeline provides a real-time view of projects moving through your workflow so you can quickly identify what needs attention.
Examples include:
- Leads waiting to be converted
- Appointments that need to be scheduled
- Bids waiting to be created or sent
- Accepted projects waiting for installation
- Installations in progress
- Projects ready to be closed
The dashboard pipeline works alongside the existing Project Status Pipeline page, allowing you to quickly access projects directly from your dashboard.
Date Range Filters
Every dashboard includes a date selector that allows you to quickly change the reporting period.
Examples include:
- Today
- This Week
- Month to Date
- Quarter to Date
- Year to Date
Additional filtering options will be introduced in future releases.

Why We Built It
Your dashboard should answer one simple question every morning:
"What do I need to focus on today?"
Instead of opening multiple pages throughout the software, the new dashboard brings your most important information together in one place, helping your team stay organized, make faster decisions, and spend less time searching for information.
We're excited to continue expanding the dashboard and look forward to sharing additional updates as future phases become available.
