Edit the default content that is automatically inserted into your bids.
How to Edit Bid Content
- Primary Users can find the Company Profile by clicking on the user icon in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting Company Profile. (To find the user icon on a tablet or mobile device, select the 3-line hamburger menu on the top right of your screen.)
- Select Bids & Drawing on the left side of the screen.
- Select the Bid Content at the top of the box.
- Select Edit
Understanding Bid Content Sections
Each Bid Content section controls a different part of your bid. You can customize each one depending on what you want your customer to see and where it appears.
Bid 1 – End of Cover Page
This section appears at the bottom of your bid cover page.
Common uses:
- License numbers
- BBB badge
- Certifications
- Trust badges or logos
How to add images:
- Upload your image in the Media section
- Copy the Public Link for the image
- Use the image embed tool in the editor and paste the link

Best practices:
- Keep the image small so it fits neatly at the bottom
- Center the image for a clean look
- Test your bid to confirm it displays correctly
- If it does not appear properly, reduce the image size and try again
Bid 2 – Intro
This appears at the beginning of your bid.
Common uses:
- Thank you message
- Quick introduction to the estimate
- Overview of what the customer is receiving
Examples:
- “Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business.”
- “Below is your quote for the requested work.”
You can keep this short and simple, or expand it with:
- Company values
- Mission statement
- Details about your process
Bid 3 – After Payment Terms
This section appears after your payment terms.
Common uses:
- “Make checks payable to…”
- Pricing expiration terms, such as “Prices valid for 60 days”
- Additional payment-related notes
Bid 4 – Before Signature
This section appears right before the signature line, after your terms and conditions.
Common uses:
- Final reminders
- Important disclaimers
- Last notes you want the customer to see before signing
