Schedule Non-Customer Appointments
If you need to block off time in your calendar for non-customer appointments, personal time, or internal meetings, there are two ways to do that in Contractor Accelerator.
Option 1: Use Google Calendar Integration
If you have the Google Calendar integration enabled, you can simply add the appointment to your Google Calendar. Anything on your Google Calendar will push into Contractor Accelerator and appear on your schedule. These appointments will not affect your job metrics.
Other integrations, such as Outlook or Apple Calendars, are only a one-way sync and will not push appointments into Contractor Accelerator. Google Calendar is the only two-way sync option.

Option 2: Create a “TIME OFF” Customer
If you're not using the Google Calendar integration, you can create a customer named “TIME OFF” and schedule appointments under that name. When you’re done, just cancel those appointments so they don’t count toward your scheduling or conversion metrics.
While this is a bit of a workaround, it helps reserve time on your calendar while keeping your metrics accurate. We always appreciate customer feedback, and a way to block off time directly in the Contractor Accelerator calendar—without relying on Google Calendar—has been requested by others as well. It is on our roadmap for a future calendar update.
Manage Data Table List
The CRM section in the top navigation allows you to see Projects, Properties, Customers and more in a table view. This view includes powerful tools to help you organize, analyze, and customize your experience.
When viewing the table:
-
Sort columns by clicking the up/down arrow next to a column title
-
Filter results using the funnel icon in the search bar
-
You can add more than one filter at a time
-
All filters work together, so the results must match all the conditions you choose
-
To include multiple values in the same column (like several salespeople), use the “is any of” option
-
-
Show, hide, or reorder columns using the settings icon (three lines and a gear) in the top right corner
-
View totals in select columns shown in blue text
-
Export filtered data (Primary users only) using the Export button in the upper right corner
