We know your proposal documents are a key part of your brand, and sometimes you want your bids to stand out with a design that reflects your company's style. Contractor Accelerator offers the ability to customize your bid templates beyond the default settings. Below, we’ll walk you through what can and cannot be customized, how to submit your design, and how the customization process works.
Important Note:
Our primary focus is maintaining and enhancing the software’s core features, supporting customer onboarding, and managing critical system needs. Because design customizations are not required to use the system fully, we may decline larger projects or schedule customizations based on availability and overall workload.
What can be customized?
We offer a range of customization options within certain system parameters:
1. Cover Page Layout
-
You can provide a fully designed cover page that we will load into your bid template.
-
Designs can include custom logos, colors, background images, and layout adjustments.
-
All cover page designs are subject to development review for compatibility.
2. Page Order
-
The order of internal pages can be rearranged based on your preferences.
-
Note: Any media pages (such as PDF attachments of flyers, etc.) must remain at the end of the bid.
-
The current order of the bid is as follows:
- Cover
- Scope of Work (Intro paragraph and forms)
- Costing
- Terms & Conditions
- Photos
- Drawings
- Media
3. Title Bar Colors
-
The color of the gray title bars on the "Scope of Work" and "Costs" pages can be changed to match your brand colors.
4. Headers
-
Custom headers can be added to each internal page if desired.
-
Headers may include your logo, company name, contact information, taglines, or other design elements.
5. Footers
-
The internal page footers are fairly static due to system constraints. While some simple text may be allowed, full custom footers are generally not available.
