If you are unable to view a customer/project or attach a drawing, most likely the cause is that you are not the assigned salesperson. Salespeople are only able to view projects they are assigned.
- A Primary or Sales Manager User must change the assigned salesperson.
- A Primary User can change the allow salespeople to collaborate setting. This will enable salespeople to have access to all projects.
