Search the Help Center from Contractor Accelerator
Use the Help Center to learn or find help on all functionality within Contractor Accelerator.
- Select the User Menu on the top right of the page.
- Select Help.
- This will take you to our Help Center where you can search keywords for help articles.
Submit a Support Ticket
If the Help Center was not able to solve the question, please submit a support ticket by contacting support.
- Staring from the Help Center
- Select the orange Support button at the bottom right of the page.
- Type a keyword you're needing help with.
- Results will populate depending on what you searched.
- If you can't find the answer within those Help Center articles, click the Contact Us button.
- Your name and email will pre-fill.
- Enter your question, issue, or comment within the How can we help you? text box.
- Attach any screenshots or files by selecting from your computer or dragging and dropping them into the modal.
- Press send and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
