If a property was added to the duplicate, it can be moved to the original customer then the duplicate customer can be deleted.
To move a property, go to the customer management page and select the Move Property button.

If a customer was duplicated within Contractor Accelerator, the customer can be deleted by a primary user.
- Go to Customers within the CRM,
- select the three-dotted action menu
- Click delete.
