How to Access Reports:
- Click Reporting from the toolbar on top of any page within Contractor Accelerator.
- Click Metrics
- Select a report from the drop-down list.
- Enter a date range (if required.)
- Click run

Open Bids Per Salesman:
Shows all bids that have been sent, but not accepted, on projects assigned to a salesperson. Does not count bids on evaluations that have been canceled, or projects that have been canceled.
Sales Total Per Salesman:
Shows the total dollar amount of bids that have been accepted (within the dates provided) on projects assigned to a salesperson. Does not add dollar amount of bids on evaluations that have been canceled, or projects that have been canceled.
Projects Sold Per Salesman:
Shows the number of projects assigned to a salesperson that have a bid that has been accepted within the dates provided. Does not count sales from evaluations that have been canceled, or projects that have been canceled.
Average Price Per Projects Bid:
The sales total divided by the number of sold projects.
Average Time From Bid To Sale:
The total time between the bid being sent and the bid being accepted, divided by the number of bids.
Lead Conversion:
The percentage of bids accepted out of the amount of bids sent.
Lead Conversion Report:
The leads and closing percentage are based on customers and projects that were created within the dates provided.
Employee Lead Conversion Report:
The leads and closing percentage are based on customer leads and project leads that were created within the dates provided for each employee.
Marketing:
- Lead Category - Shows categories added in marketing, as well as the sources under their categories.
- Total Marketing Costs - A total of the marketing spend for the specified category or source.
- Gross Sales - Shows the total dollar amount of bids that have been accepted on projects that have the specified category or source (within the dates provided). Does not add dollar amount of bids on evaluations that have been canceled, or projects that have been canceled.
- Leads - The number of projects created that have the specified category or source.
- Appointments - The number of appointments created on projects that have the specified category or source.
- Bids - The number of bids created on projects that have the specified category or source.
- Sales - The number of bids accepted on projects that have the specified category or source.
- Cost Per Lead - The total marketing costs divided by the number of customers.
- Cost Per Sale - Total marketing costs divided by the number of sales.
- % of Total Marketing Costs - The percentage of the marketing costs for the specified source or category out of the total marketing costs for all categories.
- % of Total Leads - The percentage of customers for the specified category or source out of the total of all leads.
- Revenue Per Lead - The revenue per customer is the amount of gross sales divided by the number of leads.
Overall Sales Report:
The overall sales report provides an overview of metrics on a per-customer basis. Each customer counts as a lead, multiple projects on a customer are only counted once, and multiple bids on a project are only counted once. However, all dollar amounts on all bids are counted in the gross bids and gross sales fields.

- Sales - Shows the number of customers that have at least one bid that has been accepted within the dates provided. Does not count sales from evaluations that have been canceled, or projects that have been canceled.
- Average Project Sold - The sales total divided by the number of sold projects.
- Leads - The number of customers entered into the system within the dates provided.
- Average Cost Per Lead - The total marketing costs divided by the number of customers.
- Average Cost Per Sale - The total marketing costs divided by the number of sales.
- Gross Bids - Shows the total dollar amount of bids that have been sent (within the dates provided). Does not add dollar amount of bids on evaluations that have been canceled, or projects that have been canceled.
- Bids - Shows the number of customers that have at least one bid that has been sent within the dates provided. Does not count bids from evaluations that have been canceled, or projects that have been canceled.
Employee Sales Report (Projects Leads):
Provides employee metrics on a per project basis. Each project counts as a lead (including multiple projects on one customer). Projects that have no salesperson assigned to them have their metrics shown under "Unspecified Salesperson".
- Leads - The number of projects entered into the system within the dates provided that are assigned to the salesperson.
- Bids - The number of bids sent within the dates provided.
- Sales - The number of projects with at least one accepted bid.
- Gross Sales - Shows the total dollar amount of bids that have been accepted (within the dates provided). Does not add dollar amount of bids on evaluations that have been canceled, or projects that have been canceled.
- Gross Bids - Shows the total dollar amount of bids that have been sent (within the dates provided). Does not add dollar amount of bids on evaluations that have been canceled, or projects that have been canceled.
- Average Cost Per Lead - The total marketing costs divided by the number of customers.

Projects that have no salesperson assigned to them have their metrics shown under "Unspecified Salesperson".

Employee Sales Performance Report:
Provides insight into how sales employees are performing within a specified date range. This report showcases the following:
- Appointments - Number of appointments scheduled
- Bids Sent - Of the appointments scheduled, how many bids were sent within the specified date range
- Sales - Of the bids sent, how many were accepted by the customer within the specified date range
- Closing % - Percentage of appointments which resulted in a sale (Number of Sales / Number of Appointments)
- Gross Total - Sum of the bid total amount for all sent bids created from an appointment.
- Gross Sales - Sum of the bid total amount for all accepted bids created from an appointment.
- Avg. Dollars Sold - Average dollar amount sold per appointment (Gross Sales Total / Number of Appointments)
Sales Report By Product (Legacy Bid):
Provides metrics on a per-product basis. The sum of sales on services that are enabled in the company profile are shown, along with a percentage of the total sales. Product sales are calculated before discounts. The gross of your sales before discounts (Gross Sales) is shown, as well as your total amount of discounts and the total of your sales after discounts (Net Sales).
Sales Report by Product:
Provides metrics for all products defined in your company profile. Quantity and total details are pulled from line items of bids accepted within the specified time frame.
Custom Reports
Don't see what you need? We can build a report for you that you will have access to pull the information whenever you need it. There is a fee for development to build the report with the fields requested. Once they complete that build, the report can be run at any time for free from the system yourself with whatever dates you would like to see.
Just let us know what fields you are wanting to see in that report. For example, customer name, customer address, customer phone, date of bid accepted, amount of bid accepted, etc. Let us know if you're interested in a quote.
